first_img March 02, 2017 Governor Wolf Announces 350 New Jobs with Expansion of Eurofins Facility in Lancaster County Jobs That Pay,  Press Release Harrisburg, PA – Governor Tom Wolf announced today that Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories, Inc. (Eurofins), a provider of analytical testing services to the bio/pharmaceutical, food, environmental, and medical device industries, will substantially expand the laboratory facility at its existing campus in Lancaster County and create 350 new, full-time jobs and retain 1,500 existing positions“I am pleased to announce that Eurofins will make a significant investment in its Lancaster County campus by expanding its cutting-edge operations in the commonwealth and employing 1,500 hard-working Pennsylvanians with family sustaining jobs,” said Governor Wolf. “Projects like this that utilize the talents of our highly-skilled and dedicated workforce are what will continue to grow our communities and strengthen our economy.”Eurofins plans to construct a five-story, 168,000-square-foot facility to house laboratories and office space at its main campus in Upper Leacock Township. The company will invest $59 million in the expansion project, which includes construction of the facility and purchase new state-of-the-art laboratory instrumentation and equipment. Construction is anticipated to start in April 2017 and the company has already begun hiring new employees in anticipation of the building expansion completion.“As one of the largest employers in Lancaster County, we are pleased to take this significant step to expand our capacity and service portfolio to our global client base as well as provide a great place to grow a career. This Saturday evening we travel to Pettigo. Throw in time to be confirmed at training.The under 12s will compete against Bundoran in the final for the shield this Thursday evening.Venue and Throw in time yet to be confirmed.Club members will be able to collect Ulster final tickets this Wednesday evening in McCreadys between 9 & 10. It’s important that tickets are collected and paid for on the night.The lotto draw took place last Monday evening in the hall. Numbers drawn were 3,12,19 & 22.No jackpot winner on the night. Two lucky dip winners receive €50 Eileen Breslin, Corr point & John Bonner, Farrigans.The clubs committee and members would like to extend its deepest sympathy to Eamon & Martin Odonnell and their families on the sad passing of their mother Rosie.Also to Ann & Michael Mcgill and their extended family on the recent passing of Ann’s mother Margaret.
